CUCINA PIANETA (The Independent Food) Exhibition design for the show "The Independent Food" (curated by Giulia Ferracci) at the MAXXI Museum. Commissioned by the Aspra.mente collective, the project consisted of a mobile kitchen at the center of the exhibition space. The installation, made with simple materials, acted as a flexible infrastructure. More than an object, it was a device to be activated. It hosted workshops, tastings, and a training course for migrant chefs. This social design project radically transformed the museum space from a place of contemplation to one of production, encounter, and active social inclusion, placing food design at the center of the cultural debate.
